Glasgow Evolution Tour a ‘success'
Duplo's first show as part of its Evolution Tour was held at Hampden Park in
Glasgow on 23 and 24 September. Interest was varied, but amongst the popular machines was Duplo's flagship product, the System 5000 bookletmaker. Interest was also said to be high on the DPB500 DuBinder, DC 445 DuCreaser and the DC 645 and DC615 PRO slitter/cutter/creasers.
Richard Mason, national sales manager at Duplo, said: "Many customers commented on how good it was to see a Surrey based company bringing a wide range of product to Scotland especially in this current financial climate, for us it was definitely worthwhile. We couldn't have asked for a better show as our first. We attracted a great crowd of existing & potential customers and it was all topped off by a fantastic venue."
The UK-wide print-into-product showcases, which are themed ‘Evolution Tour', highlight the latest in print finishing solutions for both litho and digital production environments.
