End users can win adventure experiences with Leitz

Esselte is focusing on growing its Leitz range of heavy duty
stapler and punches from October to December 2008 with a SmartboxTM promotion, which is being run under the umbrella of the Leitz Office Games campaign.

Designed to help motivate your customers to purchase Leitz heavy duty staplers and punches, once they have purchased two products in the range, end users can enter the daily ‘Scratch and Win' online game to win one of the themed SmartboxTM experiences. It will give them the chance to choose from 150 exhilarating experiences in the ‘Adventure' SmartboxTM, such as white water rafting, skiing, and motor racing at locations throughout the UK and Ireland.

Customers log on to www.leitz.com weekdays until 31 December and enter their contact details and barcodes of the two Leitz products they have purchased. Once they have played the
online game, they will be told instantly if they've won a price. And, if they haven't won the first time, they can enter up to fourteen times over the promotional period. Each SmartboxTM experience is worth £60, the promotion is open to UK and Ireland residents and 66 prizes will be given away during the period.

"The value growth in the stapler and hole punch market is coming from the heavy duty sector, which is why this promotion will drive sales in high cash margin products for your business. All you have to do is promote the promotion to your customers and we will do the rest," said Sally Hamilton, Leitz product manager, Esselte UK.
