Konica Minolta wins industry award

Printing solutions manufacturer Konica Minolta has won an industry award from the Buyers Laboratory for the second year in a row, the company has announced

Konica Minolta, global manufacturer of imaging and print solutions has announced that it has won the Buyers Laboratory A3 MFP Line of the Year award for a second year running.

The award is given by the provider of information and testing services, Buyers Lab, to the digital imaging industry vendor whose product lines it believes are determined to be the best overall in their respective categories.

The assessment is based on the on the cumulative results of models tested in BLI’s rigorous two-month laboratory evaluation.

Senior product editor, George Mikolay A3/Copier MFPs said: “The Konica Minolta line continues to impress, including 14 A3 Pick winners, more than any other MFP vendor.”

General manager of marketing at Konica Minolta, Olaf Lorenz, commented on the announcement: “Winning BLI’s A3 MFP Line of the Year award for the second year in a row doesn’t just make us proud, it also gives all our customers the confidence, that they are using a high quality product at the cutting edge of technology,” he said.

Konica Minolta earned six individual ‘Picks’ for its business colour products, ranging in speed from 22 to 65 pages per minute, in addition, the companies colour ‘Pick’ winners received high marks for both business graphics and photographic images.
