IP bolsters paper range with FSC

International Paper has received FSC accreditation for its Impulse Copier grade paper

International Paper is to re-launch its Impulse Copier grade paper with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accreditation.

The paper and packaging company manufactures its Impulse Copier paper at the Luiz Antonio paper mills using wood fibre sourced from the company's own 72,170 hectare plantation in Brazil.

The paper mills and plantations has also been certified according to the Brazilian forest Certification Programme (CERFLOR) and have EU Eco-Label status and the producing Luiz Antonio mills have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.

Mike Robertson, International Paper's UK country manager stated: "Having the FSC Certification will help our distributors in the UK & Ireland meet the need for FSC certified products."

The Impulse range is available in sizes A4 and A3, and weights 75gsm and 80gsm.
