AF charity event attracts industry sponsors

Trip to Drayton Manor raises funds for Barnardo’s

AF International, specialist suppliers of ICT cleaning products, has supported the well-known children's charity Barnardo's since March 2007 and on 16 September will be holding its first Banardo's fund raising industry event at Drayton Manor Park and Zoo in Staffordshire.

The event will start with networking in the Tower Suite and follow with a fun afternoon around the theme park including a treasure hunt to win prizes donated by various sponsors. The evening will consist of dinner, games, further fundraising activities and a party until late. All industry dealers, resellers and wholesalers have been invited to participate.

Marketing manager Karen Harrison commented: "The AF charity event has already attracted wonderful industry sponsors, with other manufacturers and dealer groups showing an interest. Key players such as Superstat, Office Friendly, Oyyy.co.uk, Office Team, Pregis, Snopake, Blackdog and Beta Distribution are supporting the event and have given generously. The support and interest has been overwhelming."

As one of the UK's leading children's charities, Barnardo's believes in helping abused, vulnerable, forgotten and neglected children regardless of their circumstances, gender, race, disability or behaviour.
