Pioneer supports charity golf tournament

Grupo Portucel Soporcel paper brand tees off for Breast Cancer
A golf tournament to raise funds for Associação Laço, a breast cancer charity, was held last month, sponsored by the Pioneer brand of office paper from Grupo Portucel Soporcel.
Held on 18 June, the 10th tournament of its kind brought around 100 players together - celebrities and amateur golfers alike - at Hotel Quinta da Marinha in Portugal.
The shotgun start was at 2.30pm and at the end of the day guests were invited to a prize-awarding dinner. Pioneer sponsored goody bags to all players.
The event has taken place over the last 10 years to raise awareness of breast cancer, with a view towards prevention and to promote diagnosis of the disease.
