AF International reports positive year end results

Sales grow by 14%

HK Wentworth Limited, parent company of AF International, the specialists in PC, workstation, office equipment and multimedia cleaning products reports "spectacular results" for their 2009/10 fiscal year.

Group MD Ron Jakeman commented: "It just goes to show that all the hard work and dedication from all of the HK Wentworth team has resulted in a successful year allowing me to announce a spectacular sales increase of 14% on the previous financial year together with a most satisfactory bottom line. Even more auspicious is that that this sales success is continuing into the foreseeable future: this is in the face of challenging market conditions and contrasts with the difficulties being experienced by many of our competitors."

AF International is continuing to expand and position itself for continued growth in the future, with the announcement two months ago that the world headquarters and UK factory will be moving to new larger premises. Only two years ago their Chinese manufacturing site in Beijing moved to bigger, more modern facilities with room for future expansion.

Jakeman continued: "We have placed ourselves in a position where we have the confidence to make major investments, not only in the new facility, but also by allocating significant resources into entering expanding markets. During the coming days, I will be revealing details on the timing of the move into our new headquarters."
