Money raised to go to Children’s hospice
The Pilot Pen Company is supporting a local charity - the Alexander Devine Children's Cancer Trust - in its goal to build, fund and run a much needed Children's Hospice in the county of Berkshire, for children up to the age of 18 with life-limiting conditions. Currently the nearest such accommodation is either in Oxford or outer London.
As part of the fundraising activities a team from Pilot will walk a circular seven mile route around the Cookham area on 20 June, clad in ADCCT tee shirts to increase awareness of the charity. A raffle will be held on the same day, at the end of the walk. If you wish to make a donation, visit http://www.justgiving.com/PilotPen.
