Promethean floats on London Stock Exchange

Education technology brand celebrates recent growth
Education technology specialist Promethean has announced its successful flotation on the London Stock Exchange last Friday, 12 March.
Promethean has grown rapidly in recent years and is a global leader in the interactive learning technology market. "Our belief is that this market is still in its early days and the potential for further growth is significant," read a company statement.
"We believe that a flotation is the next natural step in the development of our business," the statement continued. "This important milestone will help to increase Promethean's visibility, presence and reputation, helping us to further capitalise on the huge market potential for interactive learning technology products across the world.
"Although we are now a public company we do not envisage that there will be any material changes to the business itself. Our goals and ambitions remain the same."
