Nestlé Professional has launched the ‘Perfect Coffee Break' promotion for the workplace and facilities management environments, which brings together two of the nation's iconic brands for the first time ever - Nescafé coffee and Kit Kat.
The promotion, which will be available from cash and carries from March 2010, means workplace caterers and office and facilities managers who purchase two tins of Nescafé Original will get 24 two-finger Kit Kats free. For the larger resellers, the promotional box will also contain an A3 poster plus five tent cards to help customers raise awareness.
Martin Lines, of Nestlé Professional, said: "Nescafé Original and Kit Kat are two of the most popular brands in the UK and bringing together these products looks set to maximise sales for workplace caterers throughout 2010. The promotion supports research claiming consumers drink 12% more coffee when they have a snack to go with it. By driving joint usage occasions, we expect to see an increase in coffee as well as Kit Kat sales."
